Hi girls,
Just checking in to say I am back from TOPS tonight and I am down 1 lb, so now I am 249. Not a big loss but no gain so I am happy with that after the weekend I had.

ok...I have been in denial long enough. I hope this is a liberating act, cuz it is damn near killing me to face the truth...
starting weight: 2 (gulp)74
today...after shaving my legs and removing all my nail polish...256

when is this liberating effect suppose to take effect?

ok...maybe it is a gradual thing..buliding...like an orgasim...we can only hope.

Ginya, you should try that trick of getting a bag and filling it with bricks or potatoes or rice or something. If you've lost 20 pounds or whatever, fill it with that amount in weight. Then lift it everytime you feel crappy, and you'll realize how much you've actually accomplished.

Exclamation Ginya!

Be proud of yourself girl! You have lost 18 pounds... that is amazing! We all know how difficult it is to lose weight. I am estatic with every half pound off of my body and I just want to lose more. You are doing great my friend. Congratulations!

Way to go Ginya
I was 270 when I decided to do something about it too, and now I am down to 249, I was so excited when I went below 250, I have not been down that low in about 7 or 8 years. So you see, we can do it!

umm...Virginia...a LOT of sex? There may have been some sex involved, but he's not getting credit for all the other exercise I did!!
Actually, I tried a novel approach this time around...get this...I stuck to my diet and exercised every day!
Go figure...

Virginia,
how many times a day do you hear that lovely quote about Santa Clause...cuz I get the same ding-dong thing...my personal favorite is:
I knew a girl who's name was Virginia, we called her Virgin for short...but not for long...(usually followed by a snort and a chuckle, right)
I get Virg...Gin...V...and Ginny...ugh! But there are not many people who have an official abbreviation for their name, VA.

Thanks for all the support! I need it, got a long way to go, but I think I have my head on straight, as I only expect or want to loose 10 pounds a month...(don't want no neck wadle...ewwww the women who get the surgery look like deflated condoms)

So, with y'all as my support...as well as my confessors and mentors, I think I can do this thing!
