I've got to sit down and work out my schedule for the next few weeks...but once I figure out how much I'm going to be working and how many projects I'm going to have for school I'll come back and try to set an attainable goal...because I NEED to get my butt into gear. lol

guys! I know you are viewing this...set a goal and join me. i would NEVER stick to regular exercise if i didn't set a goal and have a plan to reach the goal. please join. it is fun to jump on the computer to brag about your exercise.
Oh man! i missed logging in to note my time, BUT i did not miss exercising last week. in fact, i kept right up with the routine. i filled in 30+ minutes of dance hula on days i didn't feel interested in turning on the wii. the sunshine makes me think of spring. i would like to be jogging on the street by spring. i understand that is quite different than jogging in place with the wii.
