In a very short amount of time (a little over 2 months) it will be spring. What is everyones goals? Mine is to make it to 230. I also will offer a little challenge (just to keep things interesting and to perk up some of you guys competitive nature). My challenge is to loose 5% of your weight and to master a new (for you) excersize by March 20.
I'm in for a goal of 45 minutes a day of exercise.
