I'm making this month my tracking month, helping me with accountability wherever possible and I know Divine said the previous weigh-in threads really helped her, so let's make sure December is a great month, despite our holiday indulgences!
This works out nicely for me because me weigh in day is tuesday anyway so here goes....
November 21st = 201.1 lbs
December 1st = 204.1 lbs.
Weight Change = +3 lbs...
yeah, but I'm getting back on track, a couple days ago I was 205.5....so hopefully I can stick to it and get below 200!!!

November 18: 160 lbs
December 5: 155 lbs
I've lost 17 lbs total so far!!!!! I'm so excited and proud, I haven't done this well in years!! Just 35 more to go!! Almost sounds easy now compared to where I started!
I didn't have access to a working scale in France so I didn't get a weight for last week and subsequently went a little of the rails and used it as an excuse not to track last week so I was dreading my weigh in today, but I'm back on track baby!
December 1st = 200lbs
December 15th = 199lbs
Weight change = -1lb and back into ONEderland

I've been pretty bad this week... eating chocolate and drinking wine and not exercising so that's not too shabby. I'm getting back onto points planning big style this week. Except xmas of course
