Well, here goes: my first weigh in . . . 232 lbs. This would be a big YIKES, except that I lost 4 pounds last week, so it's more like a big YAHOO! I started out at 236, my highest weight, and would like to lose 85-90 pounds. It's a long haul, but do-able (I should know, I did it once before!
I'm using an old scale, though. Since I'm trying to get away from totally obsessing over every 1/4 pound, I decided to try and train myself to weigh in only 1x/week and to be satisfied with ballpark ranges. I'll let you know if I can do this (part of me wants to go weigh myself right now to see if I lost any ounces in the 5 hours since I last weighed myself!) My mini-goal: 25 pounds by Oct. 28 (down to 211). Hope all is well with everyone else. Peace, Mox
