so the august thread was really helpful in helping me to keep track of my losses....and to stop me from weighing every single day, so I figured I'd start a september one (even though I already posted this in the august one before I realized it wasn't august anymore...haha)
Last week - 222.6
This week - 220.9
loss - 1.7 lbs.
but I also think I may be retaining water because I had some very salty chips yesterday. I planned for them, so I stayed OP....but I didn't drink much water afterwords.
Whatever, a loss is a loss and I'm content. Plus, now I've lost 25 lbs! that's a lot. that puts me over 1/4 of the way to my goal
