i did it!! 5 minutes over my 1000 minute goal for march. wooot! it might be the first goal that i made and met.
40 minutes today.

catching up . .

60 minutes of walking x 5 =300 minutes
90 minute yoga sessions x2 =180 minutes
2 hour dance class = 120 minutes
30 minutes of wiifit x 5 = 150 minutes
Total =750 minutes

Group = 20163!

Good job ladies! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but I have been exercising!!

I finished out the month with 1636/2000! Though i didn't make 2 grand I feel great.

Our new Thread will be

Guess I'm posting too late to count toward group points for March, but I hit my own goal:

Friday: 65 minutes walking/running on treadmill
Today: 65 minutes of the same

Personal: 905/900

Well I didn't meet my goal. Stressful week so far... interfering with my routine. Regardless, I am proud of myself for doing as much as I did. This is a major lifestyle change for me, and it is taking time to adjust.

I just want to say great job everyone! You're all an inspiration. This thread helped keep me motivated last month. Thanks! Now on to April...
