Alterna-K8 is sooo good at "not having time" to exercise! OF COURSE I HAVE TIME! This week I've been really good. My worst day was 20 minutes of exercise bike but at least I squeezed in SOMETHING.
My goal is to do 2 half hour sessions a day -- walk/running in the a.m. and swimming, yoga, or stretching vids in the p.m. So I'm 4 out of 5 with that this week, on a roll! Nice to be on a roll that didn't come from La Brea bakery, HA!
