Way to go exercisers!

I can finally post here after seeing the physiotherapist. I have some stretching exercises to do and I am allowed to use a bike. So 15 minutes of stationery biking today. . . got to start small so I don't hurt my leg again.

Yesterday I walked and did cardio! Just did 45 minutes cardio and 45 minutes bike time

Personal-1505+15+31+45+45=1641
