Does anyone else need an extra kick in the butt to exercise??? I REALLY do. I was thinking about an exercise challenge....thirty mins or more a day highest total at the end of three weeks wins. Starting now ending Easter. Let me know if your interested. I could really use the help!

My husband said he'd pay for half the tattoo if i hit this short term goal... you better believe i am working for it!!
__________________ Overall Goal:
Mini Goal #1 - Be "overweight" (no longer obese) by May 15th, my cousin's wedding. 179lbs. Mini Goal #2 - 170lbs by August 27th, my trip to Portland.
Wednesday - 1 hour of shoveling snow.
Thursday - 30 minute walk at lunch, 45 minutes of yoga
Friday- 30 minute walk at lunch
Saturday - more snow shoveling followed by a walk to get a cappucino
followed by 2 hours of house cleaning (my arms hurt)
