So I have an idea...I work better with competition. I am just weird in that way
I was wanting to get a group together to try this....break into 2 teams and compete every week until lets say summer. If you are interested just put how much u are wanting to lose and (if you are comfortable with it) what u weigh right now so the teams will be fair. We can just run it biggest loser style whichever team loses the most each week wins.
I am excited and I hope this works out!
We can also have a mini-challenge every week to see how many team members have a healthy BMI...just a thought.
Or the mini challenge could be exercise time or something like that
