    We used to have this thread to track what we ate in a day. I think I need to see what I am eating. I am eating healty but too much of a good thing can be bad too. Join in if you like!

    Breakfast:
    1 cup extra pulp orange juice
    1 bowl weight control oatmeal
    1 yogurt cup
    8 ounces water
    Snack:
    1 Lrg. apple (120 cal)
    1 cup coffee (1 milk-1/2 twin)
    Lunch:
    1 cup veggie juice (60 cal)
    1 cup turkey chilli (210)
    1 low fat carrot muffin (180 cal)
    After workout snack:
    Orange (45 cal)
    Will check in later with calories for each item and to list other meals!

  • Well, its leftover city today for me. Thank gods I made low fat cheese dip last night!

    whole wheat spaghetti
    sauce

    Lunch:

    baked Scoops
    540 cal, 14 gms/fat

    Snack:
    nectarine
    65 cal, 0 gms/fat
