Default First Week and Four off!

Just had my WI after 1 week and I've lost 4lbs!
I'm doing WW, on 22 points and I did go over and I did have Saturday night off but I am SO PLEASED!!! Only 29 to go Woo yay!
2004 - UK size 24 and miseable
2005 - Uk size 14
2007 - whoops! UK size 18
2008 - down to UK size 16
2009 - Reaching for the magic 12

Jen - Congrats on the Loss! Keep up the good work.. but try not to get discourage if it doesn't come off as quickly in the next few weeks... I lost #3.4 my first week, then only #.7 the next.. but kepp moving in the right direction!!!
