Stolen from last month, mine are:
~Make sure I take my Vitamins every day
~Walk for at least 15 minutes EVERY day
~Make sure I eat 3-4 servings of fruits & veggies every day
I completely blew it last month, but that is ok. I am going to do better this month. I haven't really gained. I still hover around 218 (+/- 2lbs.) But I am determined to do SOMETHING! I work better at small steps then diving in head first. It has only taken me 5 years to figure that out.
