    Saturday (3) - 30 minute walk for coffee run
    Sunday (4) - 30 minutes of yoga, 2 hours of cleaning out closets and laundry
    Monday (5) - 30 minute walk at lunch
    Tuesday (6) - 20 minute walk to work, 20 minute walk home
  • Monday - 20 minute walk to the bank & the library
    Tuesday - 1 fast mile WATP w/the belt
  • Wednesday - 40 minutes of walking
    Thursday - 20 minute walk

    I've also been taking the stairs at work whenever possible.

  • Walk Away The Pounds. It is a set of exercise DVDs for in home walking. They aren't bad.

    I did a mile & a half yesterday with hand weights.

    March 9 - 30 minute walk.
  • Ok, some of this is Feb. but I wanted to catch up and didn't want to bump that thread.

    Sun 25 - Walking for 8 hours at Magic Kingdom (I'm sure that is at least 3-4 miles if not more)
    Mon 26 - Yoga in the hotel room
    Tue 27 - Lower Body Weights at the hotel exercise center
    Wed 28 - 1 hour Kayaking around the lake at the resort
    Thur 1-Sun 4 - Walking around the Arnold but mostly watching other people compete in their sports.
    Mon 5 - 0
    Tue 6 - LBWO
    Wed 7 - Yoga class (my favorite instructor started teaching the Wed. night class)
    Thurs 8 - UBWO

  • March 10- 4 hours of walking around a convention
    March 11 - rest all day
    March 12 - 30 minute walk
  • I did a really wussy, totally short session on my eliptical today. BUT - I actually did it!! YAY!!! Let's just hope this is one of many!

    30 minute walk today. Wasn't feeling great so I didn't make it to dance class.
  • Sunday - yoga class
    Wed - short lower body workout and yoga class.

    I'm enjoying yoga so much that I'm not wanting to do much else. I need to get out of that kind of thinking.
  • Thursday: 20 minute walk in am + 30 minute walk at lunch
  • Friday - 30 minute walk

    Sat and Sunday - sick an no energy so no exercising.
