Well another Mon. morning check in.

I got all my exercise in this week.
I'm 7/7 on the multivitamin.
I'm down 1.5 lbs this week. (even after an incident with some cookies yesterday) Yippee!

We were down in Austin for the weekend. My DH was competing in the State Olympic Weightlifting meet. He took 2nd place in his weight class and matched a personal record on one of the lifts. It was a good time.

Talking I did it !!!

Hi Chicks!! Long Time no visit...sorry...been doing the RPG thing...too addictive and also getting into writing fan fic...scifrotica...LOL

Anyway - An extra super congrats to everyone for all their hard work!!! Yeah!!!

And just to let you all know...I dont know how...but I managed to drop 8 lbs so far this month...creativity must really burn the calories...

Anyway - I am within 1 lb of my goal.

I am now focusing on maintaining and toning!! Me and the mister are gonna start hitting the weights again...cant wait...my hips are actally blending in with my waist instead of that snow man thing. Still have the big saddle bags even though the hiking has made my calves and butt much nicer to look at.

But at 36 going 37 cant expect the body to snap back to something it never was to begin with.

Thanks all for all your support. I could not have made it this far with out all of you and this board.

Things will quiet down and I will try to pop in more and return the encouragement and support that helped me so much!!

Thanks again!!

congrats on the 8lb loss!

I'm doing pretty good, not bad food wise and lots of exercise indoors as it has been freezing here with windchill factors ranging between -20 down to -31 - BRRR!!!!

I've lost 3 .5 lbs this month!

AJ - Congrats on the loss...way to go creativity!!

I've been in a blah mood lately. Haven't really wanted to focus on the goals I have set for the month. Plus I've been traveling for work and that throws off my whole schedule. I ended up gaining a pound this week, but overall for the month I am down 3lbs. I'm looking forward to getting back on track in Feb.
