Default New Weight Loss Forum TransferMember-Hi ALL

I am back again, after a year away. I actually miss this very supportive weightloss forum. I am still just beginning to understand a thread from a post, my apologies...

My weight loss has been really pokey. That slow weightloss frustrates the heck out of me.

I recently dropped 10 Lbs, and on my former web site was not allowed to mention Lb #'s.

This is a new mind set here, being able to speak a bit more freely, over my body dimensions.

I am 50-something, and 5'8. I just recently overcame my weightloss plateau of being stuck. I am 5 Lbs more than I was happy at.

So, I have increased my eve walks, and reduced the fat in my meals. I also try to drink water mixed w/ juice when ever possible instead of snacking on a cake slice, or chips, or something naughty and that would sabotage my hard work while being vigilant over my slow weight loss.

I actually have about 40 more to go for my weight and height and bone type.
