I am feeling quite frustrated over the fact that I exercise daily, walk after dinner, just began doing daily sit ups, use diuretics, eat quite right, loads of veggies too, and still have a huge pooch for my belly. This is my 1 area of my body Im concerned about. Will it ever decrease in size. I read that I must lose 10% of body weight before I see any belly fat do the "Disappearing Houdini act?"Anyone have any other suggestions
for me???
