I see from your stats that you have successfully lost quite a lot of weight. Congrats!
It can be so incredibly frustrating to be trying really hard and not see the results we want. In my experience, when I go up 4 lbs in a week it is often due to a) hormone changes like my menstrual cycle, b) I started a new exercise program and am retaining some water, c) I'm not eating as carefully as I think. When it's not A or B, it's usually C for me. You said you eat well usually. I would look at how much you're eating on average. A few off days can definitely lead to weight gain. And it's very easy to eat too much (at least for me) and not notice it that well.
If you don't already, maybe try recording everything you eat to make sure you're actually eating at a deficit. Something that helps to clarify some things.
If you are eating at a deficit every single day, then I would just hold out for a while. A week isn't too long and the weight may drop back off.
You can do this. You have been doing this and with success. You can eat too many pancakes if you want to (of course you can), but I know for me overeating rarely leads to me feeling more in control, and definitely not feeling more comfortable.
You sound very frustrated and upset. Do you have anything that usually helps center you mentally? Exercise, meditation, going out with friends, talking to someone you care about, pets, etc?
