I love the summer and fall fruit/veggie markets and stands on the sides of the road. I always get so excited about visiting them. I went to a really nice one in Vermont once that had a corn maze too. It was so much fun. Roasted corn on the cob and squash, yummy.

Good Morning Everyone-Sorry I have been awol. This virus is awful! Hopefully next week I can finally shake it. My weight is holding rather steady, thankfully I have not gained a bunch. I have not been to Y in weeks and I am too tired to cook much.

My most used kitchen appliances/gadgets are the coffee maker, salad spinner and my knife. I've owned a yogurt maker for a year now but I have not tried yet!

Yeah Renee!!!! Congratulations!!! That is terrific. Good Job!!

No loss for me this week. However, I expect to see some big losses in the next few weeks. I am advancing to the next level of my exercise program, so I expect to see some changes. Tomorrow my friend and I will be out bush walking for about 9 hours. That is the plan right now. If we have to cut it short, it will be at the 5 hours spot, so that will still be some good walking for the day. I will be carrying food and water, so that will build up some muscle too. Wish me some good weather and a good eye for trails so I don't get lost.

No one else has a question of the day to post????

Hmmm.....how about...what are your 3 favorite exercises?
Mine are:
1-walking
2-lifting hand weights
3-jogging
in that order.

Get well soon Terapet.

Renee, I loved riding & grooming my friends horses. Once we couldn't get the saddle cinched tight enough & while I was galloping w Tammy in the pasture, her saddle slipped sideways w my boot heel stuck in the stirrup & I hit the ground my body getting drug several yards until she stopped. My friend was inside her house & I led the horse into their yard crying. After that happened, I always rode their horses bareback unless her husband or mine was there to tighten the saddle. Actually riding bareback was more comfortable their horses followed instructions using the reins great & my voice.
I envy people who have horses It's Your turn & Terra's for a question

Wonderful question of the day

1. Walking.
2. Handweights.
3. Being outdoors, gardening & agility training my miniGoldenDoodles that I breed.

I use to ride horses, and rode bare back too. It strengthened muscles in my legs, butt, and stomach. Kept me in shape. I had one that I could ride in the meadow without a bridle too by leaning and guiding him with his mane. However, I once tried him without a bridle on the trail and he told me he had other plans as he brushed me off with a low hanging branch. I miss him dearly. Too bad I don't have horses now.
