B-Two Eggs, Two Veggie Strips, pumpkin seed bread
L-Mashed sweet potato, cauliflower
D-Seeded Roll, veggie strips, and cheese
S-Frozen Banana slices with blueberries
Walk with dog/hubby for 45 minutes
B= oatmeal
s= chocolate milk
L= sandwich
S= Dh was a grouch & he gave me a headache, I didn't eat.
I raked the lawn, trying to get my strength back from my bad fall.
Hi Ladies-I m visiting the family for the wedding and eating and drinking all the wrong things. I will have my work cut out for me when I return. Damage control is pretty difficult under the circumstances. Lots of restaurants and take out so far-plus, I am weak. Strangely there is a definite lack of desserts and snacks going on here though. Interesting. Even my dear family is making baby steps towards better eating habits!

No loss for me this weekend. I stayed the same. I had a very busy weekend, with company all day Saturday, and Sunday I ran a 10KM race, and then walked pretty much all day after that with my dog. We walked to town, visited the market, and then walked back home. Yes, my legs are tired today, but expect they will be fine in a day or so. It was a very lovely weekend.
Hi Everyone, I'm so glad to be back here! I got home from the hospital a week ago, but was too weak to post anything. That chemo really takes my strength away. But I'm coming back slowly. Unfortunately, I go back to the hospital on May 27 for more chemo. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers.

B: oatmeal, egg, banana, small non fat latte
L: salad, apple
D: sausage, mushrooms, almonds
Don't know what happened to my previous post. I wanted to say I'm still weak now from chemo, but I'm getting stronger. Unfortunately, I have to go back to the hospital for more chemo on May 27th. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers.
