How to Break a Bad Habit
This article was in our newspaper yesterday. It is actually advertising a book, and the book applies to all bad habits, but it could be applied to bad eating habits we all have from time to time.
The only pointer than I might disagree with is "Make your goals public." That could backfire, when your family, friends and associates become the food police and start to question everything they see you eat. http://hanfordsentinel.com/ap/lifest...576fd4480.html |
Thanks, we can use all the help possible. Sure agree with being careful who knows our goals. Thank goodness DD and DH are supportive
