Hi introducing myself I'm a new FC, glad I found a place to chat with other FC. I hope to gain new friends, and get motivated. I know I need to lose weight, and a lot of it. Lost 90 lbs, but I'm a emotional eater, and well, u all know what that does. Anyway, happy to be here. ty.

I know you posted this in August and it has been a couple of months. Hope you are doing well. What plan are you following? Hopefully it is working for you. Dieting used to be easier for me, lately I have been struggling. I can't seem to get off dead center. I may have to return to LC and calorie counting. I'm not excited about it, but I do know something has to give.
