Well - down one pound - but still up one.

Thans for those recipes Corinna. I'm really good with breakfast. I'm usually under 300 - some sort of egg and veggie scramble.

Thanks for the group hug!!

I think I would add some green curry paste and cilantro to the shrimp recipe - yummo.

Skinny secret! Go for fish and other foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. They keep you feeling full for long stretches.

Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all!

Christmas eve dinner at my home will be broiled salmon, broccoli, salad, smashed potatoes and cherry pie. I'm not a pie eater so it shouldn't be hard to stay on plan. Going to my sister's on Christmas and she'll have a honey-baked ham with all the trimmings... that may be a challenge!

Looking forward to a week off work and spending time with my college twins who are back home now. I'm so glad they're home for the holidays. Where does the time go?

Peace!

Andi

Skinny secret! Start your meal with soup, and you’ll eat 20 percent fewer total calories than you would if you skipped the soup. Why? Soup fills you up. (It could translate into a 10- to 15-pound loss in a year.) (www.health.com)

You guys have a wonderful holiday!!

Dungeoness crabs for our PNW Christmas Dinner with some arties if I can find some good looking ones. Probably some butternut squash too even though it doesn't really go with crab - I just like it No dessert but definitely some appetizers. Oysters for the Eve.

Have fun my friends!
