Hi everyone! - Missed weigh-in on Saturday but weighed this morning and am down 1 lb.

Lizzie - I was up and down all week too, and I also will take my 1 lb
It has been a rough week for me. My emotions are all over the place and that makes it hard to focus on the important stuff. I was on 5 days off at work and I was running around trying to get everything done for me and everyone else, and feeling pulled in 4 directions at once.
I think I just need to slow down and breathe once in a while.
