Hello, I've been surfing around looking for a group to join and this looks like a fun bunch of people. Just my kind!
I'm Robin and I'm ready to lose some weight. I have had all kinds of excuses for not really trying.....stopped smoking (12 years ago...so that shouldn't be a reason now, right?)...... Divorced (4 years ago....so I shouldn't use that to stuff my face now, right?).... Moved in with my Mom to help her out(over a year ago....so??, right?).
So here I am ready to take on this new chapter and get healthy. I've decided not to do a "diet", but am going to eat three meals a day, cut out snacks, sodas, cream & sugar in my coffee and walk an hour a day. How does that sound? I'm not much into counting calories so I figure that I should be able to lose just by cutting out all my sweet snacks that I love, right? Robin
