Hey everyone, just joined and figured getting involved might be a good source of motivation.
I have just restarted my last 25-30 weightless. I totally blew it in December and put back on what I'd lost in November :/ But I'm really determined this time. Going to the gym everyday and doing VLCD for a couple of weeks to get it kickstarted. Too scared to weigh myself yet; maybe next week!
Applesprinkles, glad to have you join the group. We are excited to have you here and look forward to supporting each other with our diet efforts. What is VLCD? I am not familiar with that abbreviation.

Hi Corinna, it stands for very low calorie diet, so basically, food packs. And bars! It's nice to chew occasionally. Very easy to do. No weighing or measuring. And it keeps me out of the shops. Very boring though, and I don't think it's a good way to learn about eating healthily, but it's a huge boost at the beginning
