I know it must be so frustrating for you. You have even greater obstacles to overcome in dieting with your thyroid than most of us do. It sounds like you have tried so many things without success. However, don't give up yet, there has to be something that you haven't tried yet. I know there has to be something out there to help you.

I had tried everything even hypnosis, and nothing was working. I was so depressed. I finally decided to do it and guess what, I saw weekly results. I know that what may work for one person may not always work for another. However, if you haven't tried it, than think about trying it. So by now you are asking- well what is it? I started daily prayers to God before my meals and early in the morning. Maybe it kept me more focused on how often I was eating and what I was eating. However, I choose to believe otherwise. Just as I choose to use this process now to pray for you daily in an effort to help you reach your diet goal. I hope you will consider it too. It always helps to have more than one person praying for the same thing. You have nothing to lose by trying it other than maybe some pounds. Give it a shot for a couple of weeks. Seriously. Tell me if you don't see any results. I will be praying for you daily, and I believe you will see results if you try it. It may just the boost you are looking for in addition to your current diet efforts. So are you willing to give it a try?
