Anybody have ideas about ropy necks instead of saggy jowls - that seems to be my problem, I've noticed in a couple of pictures if I'm not totally relaxed in the head/neck area or awkward angle for the shot - it's scary! Sternocleidomastoid yikers! Also front edge of trapezius where it joins clavicle.
(sorry, it's my physio background, lol- must be precise...)
Now I'm scared because I already have a saggy face with jowls starting. I hope they don't get worse as I lose weight!
NewMary, I have this issue also and I'm only 48. I don't typically wear make up but asked my daughter to give me a makeover. Honestly it made me look worse. I never thought about my face changing on this journey but it has.
... don't think about tomorrow, focus on TODAY and do the best you can//I'm not where I want to be, but I'm sure not where I used to be!//Don't let a bad meal turn into a bad day, a bad day turn into a bad week, a bad week push you to give up, Just pick up from there and get back on track
