Hi Puneri ~ I think you have to have a certain number of posts before you can get the ticker thing. Sorry I can't remember, but I will try to find out for you. Maybe too ~ someone who remembers will chime in.

Do you mean the weight loss ticker? If so you'll be able to paste it in your signature, as soon as you've been a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts. Until then, you're considered a Junior Members, and signatures aren't available. This was necessary to ward off spammers. HTH! In the meantime, welcome to our little corner of 3FC!

puneri - yep, you are close to me! I hope you're doing ok in this awful heat and humidity! No, I'm not following the 17 day diet. I'm a calorie counter. But I wish you success on your journey.

puneri - I joined up with 3FC even before they were with this server, since 1997, I believe it was. Too bad I haven't been OP all that time, lol.
