Hi everyone:
This is Coralee. I was a very faithful member of the group until I back slid. I hope to regain my momentum by posting regularly here with all of us in the Age 50 support group. I hope this thread will help me and others as I work my way back to better health.

Great to see you back here, Coralee!! You're welcome to jump in with the Counters, if you want. Seems everyone is counting something - points, calories, carbs, fat grams, etc. Anyway, welcome back!!

So now I am thinking of renaming the thread rebound rockers. or something like this/ anyway..
oral surgery tomorrow so I should lose something just from the fear of the dental ordeal

LOL, I hope others join, too, since I don't even have time to post in the Counters thread very often. Maybe you should state the reason for the thread - you know... appeal to the rebounders out there. Just a thought.

Coralee - for an idea of what I meant, see the opening posts of both the Counters and the Golden Girls. Each mentions the purpose of the thread. Once you decide on what it is you're going for (a group of those who have regained and are trying to lose again?) then maybe you should start a whole new thread.
