a few actually. Popcorn is always a favorite, especially with the flavored salt. I like the Jalapenio is my favorite, but they have kettle corn if you like something sweet. Also, measure out a serving of pretzles and dip them in mustard. I love dill mustard, but I like all flavors. Cut vegetables with flavored yogurt dip. high fiber cereal with skin milk. a little low fat cheese and crackers. low fat yogurt with fruit and a little high fiber cereal.
The important thing is, make it something you like and something filling. And measure out your serving. If everything is measured out into ind. baggies it makes it much easier.

When I first began my weight loss journey, I needed crunch and volume. To satisfy these, I mixed a tablespoon of ranch dressing in 1/2 cup of salsa, and dipped "free" veggies into it. Helped immensely!
Lynn, you are a good cousin, reaching out to help her like this!
Take a box of SF instant pudding mix, any flavor, and substitute 2 cups of either FF plain yogurt or FF vanilla yogurt for the FF milk, then portion it out into individual servings.
