    HI all,

    I am 53 and have 115 pounds to lose. I also joined the 100 lb club.

    I just signed up for this site. How does this group work?

    We have 2 daily threads - the 50+ Counters and the Golden Girls. Please feel free to post on either or both.

    When we have something to share with everyone, we just post a new thread in the Main area.
