Hello everyone. I'm not new to this website but am to your support group and to the South Beach diet. I just came back recently hoping to get this weight off of me and get rid of a few health issues, too. I posted information about me up in the Bio's Sticky so feel free to check me out. I have a lot of weight to lose and need a lot of support so I plan on being around for a long time, if you all will have me.

Hi Mary, Welcome to the TFC forum.

I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.
Hi! I've been here less than a month myself and I have to say everyone is sooooooo supportive! We are here to help each other on our journeys even though we may "walk" them differently!
Being "accountable" is beneficial too. I haven't had "the craves"; some of it is knowing that I try to check in every day. Glad to see you here!
