Hi Everyone. I joined IP last week, February 7th. WI yesterday was a big disappointment - only down 2.4 lbs and literally starved all week. My counsellor says that I am not in ketosis yet, most likely because of menopause. Also am still having major sugar cravings.... I have not cheated all week and am drinking at least 12 glasses of H20 a day. Has anyone heard of menopause affecting ketosis and any ideas on the sugar cravings. Also was wondering if you only have about 20 lbs to loose, does it take longer?
