I just started Lean for Life, the Linora Program of low Carb eating and wondered if anyone else has tried this. It seems to be more manageble than Atkins which is very low carb. You have 3 days of prepping (eat anthing) up to three Protein days. Then you start a low carb plan until you reach our goal except that once a week you do an all protein day. I am curious as to others experiences and how this might compare to the Ideal Protein Plan that many of you use.
