Hello! Newbie (whine) :)

Hi all!
Once again, I need to lose a whole person! In my younger years, every time I got stupid and gained weight, I'd get on Atkins, lose it, and (here's the stupid part) go back to eating the way I was before....

Well, I don't know if it's hormones or what, but I can't stick to ANY diet long enough to lose any weight. I feel eternally hungry! Even on Atkins, which used to serve as an appetite suppresant. What gives?

Well, I'm here, firstly, to get ideas from the multitude of posts on this forum. Maybe something someone is doing will work for me. I'm here secondly for accountability, when I finally do find something I can call my own way of eating.
