Greetings from Virginia! I am 57 years young and not new to the site, but this is my first time back in quite a while. Have had life long battles with food and in recent months have added another 10-15 lbs to my already too heavy self and am ready to get healthy! Am in the process of setting some long and short term goals, weeding out what works and what doesn't-I do know i'll be following a low fat calorie counting food plan with daily walking thrown in. I've been lurking for about a week now and decided it was time to come out and say Hi!!
