Default just hit 50...time to regroup!!!

i've been posting on 3fc for over a year now...the funny thing is that i weigh exactly the same as when i started...i just turned 50 this past friday...my wife threw a great party for me...anyway, i feel like its now or never!! for the past few months i've been walking every day...i also work at a job where i am constantly moving...now i just have to apply the other part of the equation and start eating healthy...i know i need to rethink the way i go about it..in the past if there was a party coming up or a vacation or any event, i would look at those times as a sort of "free for all"...that would be ok if i could go back to eating healthy after the event....anyway, the point is, it's crunch time...i've been lucky as far as health issues, no high blood pressure, no high cholesterol, etc....but i know that if i don't change my eating habits my luck will run out...i'll be weighing in and posting on saturday mornings...i'm really excited to get started!!!

There's something about 50, eh? I got started in anticipation of turning 50 and so glad I did. By this time next year you'll be feeling younger even if the calendar says otherwise.
