Newbie will need help navigating

Hi, I am new and this is my first post.:carrot:
I have been reading different peoples stories and thought it would be fun to join in, esp. like today I have to go to a funeral and I dove into the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and I have been so good otherwise.

:welcome2: Bellamack! I'm happy to see you! Please join either the Daily Chat thread, or the Golden Girls thread (or both!) for support, encouragement, and friendship during your weight loss journey. Please remember that just because you ate the ice cream, there's no reason to think the day is ruined, diet-wise. Just get back OP (on program) as soon as possible, and you will be fine.

Also, I am sorry for your loss. Was this someone you're very close to?

Hello Bellamack. Welcome to 3FC and especially to the 50+ forum where you'll find some of the most amazing women on the planet. (And now you can lay claim to that also.) Just as Jane stated, join one or both of the very active threads and jump right in.

Funerals can be quite painful and stressful as well as afterwards. My mom died this past summer and I lived on ice cream and potato chips for a month following the funeral.

Anyhoo, hope to see you around.

Thanks for the welcome. I will try to navigate to the Chats. I need the support, I gained 3 lbs this week, but I refuse to give up

Hi Bellamack,
Welcome! I am somewhat new here, too.
Staying on track the first few weeks is the hardest, I think. Jump back on track as soon as you can and you'll be fine. "Practice makes permanent" is what a WW leader always said. So True!
Have a great day!
Judy
