Hello,

I am going to join in ~ I know it is late ~ I just need to do this to help myself.

My Goals are:
#1 - avoid sweets (candy, cookies, cake, ice cream)
#2 - drink 32 oz of water/flavored water/tea a day
#3 - some kind of exercise on my days off work, on work days (because of time issues) park at the far end of the parking deck - for a longer walk into work.

OK - if I am seeing this correctly, Bobbi, Freda, and InStitches all missed a perfect score by only 1 point. You each earned 239 points.
