Default Quick Weight Loss Plan - what do they do?

HI, I am new here. Planning to start Sonoma diet after this weekend - need serious weight loss before some surgery in February.

Can anyone tell us what is involved with the Quick Weight Loss program? I just heard it advertised on the radio again - every so often a DJ or two will use it and talk about it.

I called them a few years ago but they would not tell me anything over the phone.

Don't think I am interested in doing it, just curious. Do they make the members swear an oath and learn a handshake, or what?

Hi, welcome to 3fc

I've never used Quick Weight Loss Centers but I've read that they are very expensive, and require the use of expensive products that you purchase from them. The diet plan is low carb, low fat, and low sodium.

The Sonoma diet is really fantastic, and very healthy. It requires no expensive supplements or additional fees

Sounds like they are all about the money.
