Default I have a dilemma!

Hi everyone!

I have a small problem I am pretty sure you all can help me with ...

I go to the dentist today, Monday - 12:30 pm. I won't be able to eat solid foods again until Wednesday - 9:30 am. What do I eat? I know for breakfast I can have oatmeal the two days. But, the lunches and dinners where I've been having, say, turkey sandwich, lean cuisine meals, huge salads, that isn't possible now.

Please don't say Slim Fast, cuz, to be quite frank, that stuff is icky. I know I can have yogurt, but my brain isn't helping me figure out this small problem!!

Help, please?

Karen

Try soup, Jell-o, cottage cheese, or a smoothie of fruits and skim milk. I've made scrambled eggs in your situation -- they require minimal chewing.

Soup would be my pick . . . if you've got an immersion blender (or any belender for that matter), you can turn just about anything into a really creamy concoction without adding any extra calories.
