For the month of January, post your daily calories (or WW points) and minutes of exercise. If you want, post any other goal(s) for the month.
Once a week - you pick the day, post your lbs up or down for the week. Just edit your original post daily - 1 post/participant. OR if you prefer, post your weight everyday.
Begin your post on January 1 (or 2)!
A prize (the travelling cookbook - winners are responsible to send the book to the next winner) will be awarded to the participant(s) doing the best job for the month. NOTE: in the event of a tie, the person with the highest % of weight loss for the month wins.

I'm in. I log on the WW site, but I'll post my points here, too. I weigh-in on Mondays, so I'm actually going to start on the 31st. Man! I'm dreading that weigh-in something fierce!! My WW points range is 26-31

OK ladies, just the 3 of us left "standing." If we all continue to post for the next week, we'll determine this month's winner by whoever meets her goals. If all 3 of us have met our goals, we'll determine the winner by whoever lost the most weight this month.
To JaxBarb and CountingDown,
OK Ladies - you both posted everyday and met your goals. To decide on our winner, we need to know your % of weight loss.
Just in case you need some info for calculating % of weight loss (I looked it up on the internet) -
How to calculate your % of weight loss -
The formula for calculating percent is: part/whole x 100. For example, if you weigh 200 lbs at the beginning of the month & you lose 70 lbs and are now 130 lbs, you would divide the loss by the beginning weight and then multiply by 100 70/200*100= 35%
For me, I began the month at 154.6 & ended at 152.8. I lost 1.8 lbs.
So, I divide 1.8 by 154.6 and get .0116... I multiply that number by 100 and end up with 1.16%
However, I'm out of the running because I didn't meet my January goals.
