I've implemented a new goal of keeping track of what I ate every day (PS I'm new, if there's a better spot to do this on this site then fill me in).
Breakfast
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 tbsp butter
1 egg, scrambed
2 cups coffee
Lunch
1 salad with 3 tbsp pear gorgonzola dressing
1 tbsp shredded parmesan
1 oz grilled chicken
1 tortilla (white)
Snacks
1 medium apple
1 babybel cheese
Dinner
(it's not dinner time yet but here's the plan)
1 cup Mexican rice (ground beef, corn, rice, black beans, salsa)
2 tortillas
4 tbsp shredded cheese
Already I'm noticing I eat an awful lot of dairy throughout the day along with not so great carbs (tortillas, white rice). I think this will be helpful.
