I really need some support, lost over 100 pounds and gained it all back within the last year, fell ill mentally.
I feel so disheartened and feel alone, I am not sure where to start. I know about nutrition and I know that it is good to exercise. I feel guilty, so guilty.
Does anyone have any advice?
I'm in the UK, could really do with a fitness buddy.
Hi Hunny I am also in the uk, I have lost 4 stone ( so 56 lbs) BUT gained it all back, and lost 2 1/2 stone agaimn so far....I really struggle with depression and MH problems. I have ME so only walk as i cant exercise i do. What plan are you following hunny? xx
