Thanks for the new April thread, Diana!

My weigh in for the month of March had me in at 188.8, which is a loss of about 7.5 lbs! I didn't expect to be down that much, and I was on cloud 9 today. My son has been puking + "the other end" for the last 6 days and my daughter just started throwing up today. It was nice to end the month on a good note and the encouraging weigh in kept my attitude up while cleaning up puke.

Good morning!

I looked back to March 1st and I lost 8.6 lbs last month! I'd been feeling down because I've been slowing down these past 2 weeks it feels like, but the reality is, I lost a bunch of weight!

I popped up a little this morning, and I walked yesterday and stayed under calories at 1300. I was actually thinking yesterday I wasn't drinking enough water, so today I'll be paying closer attention.

Today is a park walk day! I'm excited about that - I have new hiking boots, we're taking a new trail, and I really enjoy the once a week hour and a half hike through woods, hills, trails, down to the beach and marsh, etc. It's a really cool place just a few miles away.

Thank you again Diana for starting another thread of accountability

My March as you regular's know was not that great was down only 1.8 for the month. My body forgot to tell my brain it has been in maintenance mode (that is what I am telling myself)

Weekend, thank you for the encouraging words on the last thread. They do help me keep things in perspective and move forward since we can't go back

Again WI still this .4 up and down game but I am going to stick to this exercise plan I purchased. Today I am suppose to do a 27 min stretching routine but DH and I are going to go for a long walk first if the rain holds off

Enjoy you day

didn't do so well last night...only had my 2 glasses of wine so I didn't drink too much, but we did snack on chips and bean dip! Plus a few prunes and dried mango slices. My stomach was a little bloated this morning from it

I've had coffee so far Thinking of breakfast - I will probably have a crepe with melted cheese and some cereal as we are going to head out and do a 20 mile bike ride. So glad it's Spring!

no menu plans at all yet! everyone have a great day I have 35 days until I take my first section of the CPA exam!!!!!

Default April 2016 Goals

Hello,

Happy April Fool's Day!

You are doing great Jules! And having sick kids, too!

218/202.4 Wt keeps coming down. I don't have much of an appetite these days. I started physical therapy this week. I can now bend my knee much better. I notice it when I do some walking in the water.

I could use some healthy suggestions for calcium consumption. I don't want to take pills. I'm not sure I should be consuming skim milk.

Hope to be a little more present this month.

back from bike ride a little while ago...we rode 21 miles. GORGEOUS sunny day for it!

menu so far today looked like this -
breakfast - crepe with shredded cheese, and crepe with shredded cheese and deli chicken
snack - jalapeno tortilla chips
dinner - sweet potato with ground beef, shredded cheese, sour cream, taco bell hot sauce

I have 2 glasses of wine for tonight and I am going to have one shot of tequila in a few minutes. Burned over 1,000 calories on the ride today

It got up to 80 here in LA today. It was gorgeous. I'm glad the weather is warming up. It's still not hot enough to swim in my pool, but I'm getting ready for swimming. I bought a new swim suit this week--swim shorts and a tank top from Land's End--can't wait to wear it.

B: 1/2 slice of leftover Costco pepperoni pizza, two small blondies-- peanut butter, banana, honey, coconut flour
L: Trader Joe's mango yogurt with nuts, seeds, and dried cherries
D: homemade hamburger with bread and butter pickels
D: two oreos

The oreo cookies are all gone now and I won't be buying anymore, so hopefully I'm done with that.

E: Started tap dancing today; tapped in my keds. I was hoping my old tap shoes would still work for me, but it looks like I'll have to get a new pair. Also I did a 20 minute walk.

Have a great day everybody!

Good morning - I'm getting frustrated here. I'm exercising, I see how many calories I burn in a day, I'm eating way less, I should be losing, but I'm not. But I'm going to just keep pushing on, it's got to come off eventually right?

Off to the treadmill this morning, today I'm going to do interval - I walk for 4 minutes and run for 2.

Diana: I had an 8 oz new York strip last night My body actually does really well with a little extra fat. I was down 1/2 lb from yesterday and most days I have a form of fatty beef I drop the next day. I don't get it but I'll take it!

Good morning everyone! WI still pretty much the same, I looked at my log and I have stayed the same for 4 weeks now and I mean at 159-159.8. Yesterday fitbit logged me at just shy of 17,000 was a great day.

Today I will not be as active but tomorrow is the beginning of week 2 of 4 of the exercise routine I am trying.

I haven't planned my meals for this week which I have to do or I will completely blow it...well not really but still I like to know what I am taking to the office that is the hard one. May make some more zoodles and do stir fry everyday just add or take away a protein. I have the time in the am to make it up then just reheat at lunch time.

msgooch I feel you and the scale we are in the same shoes exercise, eat clean and still no progress.
