Default Little question re daily diet...

Hello everyone, I just wondered if anyone had any idea if this is a reasonable "diet"....

Breakfast = 1 x slim bagel spread with 100% peanut butter and a banana
Lunch = 1 x oven bottom muffin (white roll sort of thing) toasted with two poached eggs, five cherry tomatoes and about two large tablespoons of cottage cheese
Dinner = a "normal" dinner - last night it was potato/carrot mash, chicken & leeks

I've given up alcohol and have perhaps a biscuit and two pieces of chocolate a day. Nothing fizzy..

I'm just worried that the breakfast / lunch might be a bit "bulking"??? Any ideas????

Thanks.

Hi there! I recommend you plug it all into a calorie counting app or website It will help you track over time which foods make you feel bloaty, give you more energy, etc etc. I promise you'll learn a lot about yourself!

Hi ryang,
I would cut all all the refined sugars and flours and foods high in carb. I would cut out the banana, bagel and the mashed potato.
Replace the banana with an apple (have you tried apple with peanut butter? yummy!).
Replace the bagel with slices of deli meat or veggie protein meat.
Replace the mashed potato with mashed cauliflower.
That's just my 2 cents.

Thanks both for your replies. It's more of a lifestyle change so I don't want to cut out any food groups. I don't really want to count calories either :-) Stronggal - have substituted the banana with an apple on my peanut buttered bagel and it is SOOOOOOOOOOO nice!!! Thank you!!!!
