I'm so excited for October!! Woke up to 50-degree weather this morning and a hope that summer is finally over!

I am dedicating this month to weight loss. Yes, there will be the church trunk-or-treat but I don't NEED to eat all the treats!! And I will be celebrating my 5-year wedding anniversary to my wonderful hubby, but that is one day of celebrating...not the whole month!!

I plan to track my weight and exercise at least 5 days a week.

Hard to believe Sept is almost over and we're moving into Oct!

I was hoping to make more progress in Sept but being sick with the flu for a week threw me off a bit. I'm hoping to fit into some of my cute fall sweaters in Oct, so I'm going to try really hard to get more exercise in and stay on plan everyday!

I'll try to check in here at least once a week.

Umm... Maybe going to a local festival the day before. Dinner out with some friends maybe? Nothing set in stone. It's a Sunday, so we're generally pretty busy. My husband has the following 2 weekends, and the week in between, off... so we'll probably do something fun during those 10 days.

Good morning! I woke up feeling determined to get this weight off. I plan to organize my closet and it is shameful how many clothes I own that I can't wear. Cute clothes!! The plan is to eat right, exercise, and drink a ton of water.

I hope everyone is having a good Saturday. The scale read 210.2 this morning. It's the "lightest" I've been in a few weeks and I know it's from the chaos that is my work and home life at the moment. Absolutely no consistency with my eating, exercise, sleeping, etc. And don't even get me started on the mythical goal of balance that I want so desperately but am so tired I can't seem to begin to unknot the things I need to achieve this. There... over!

@Teresa3266: Wow, I completely sympathize with your clothes issues This is my experience exactly. So many cute things and when I look at them on the hanger I have only vague memories of once being able to fit into them. Then when I think about how on point I was just a few short years ago with diet and exercise the thought of doing it all over again leaves me feeling both overwhelmed and sad.

Hey! Just popping in, I luckily didn't see my take out show on the scale this morning which was a bit of a surprise. Today food has been a little crazy and again a little over what I usually have, so I really need to watch what I put in my bloomin mouth. I have a wedding reception tomorrow evening as well, I think I will have a very low calorie breakfast and lunch, so that I can have a few things from the buffet for dinner.

Next week needs to be super good.
