Default The "Magic" of weight loss

Before beginning my journey on WW I tried to see if anybody had a book out that would cover all my cravings and yet I could still lose weight. I believed if I could find that "Magic" plan it would be the ultimate weight loss cure.

This ended up being my list of cravings:

Sweet and Salty
Hot and Cold
Crunchy and Mushy

I have found on WW that I can eat and fill all those categories every day. I think that is why I don't have any cheating going on. Within my daily allowed points I make sure to eat something from each of those categories and feel completely satisfied.

What is your opinion?

One of the reasons I've stuck with Weight Watchers so long is that it is very flexible. I personally don't do well if I feel that I can't ever eat X food (even if I may choose to eat it very, very rarely I like that nothing is entirely forbidden).
